The evidence only becomes apparent if you watch the trading for extended periods of time. There are definitely reasons for the stock price to be down, but not this low. Regardless of the fairness of the present valuation, the stock price is almost entirely determined at present by traders and algos who have a significant bias to the downside. That happens when you milk the same cow for years. Continues by inertia, for lack of any force that requires you to stop.
