Is ROSG in NJ??? If so, then they would appear to be worse off.

But we gotta shake the stench of what's happening over there from impacting the progress and the MC/PPS over here.

Management's next financial move will set the waypoint of where we are headed and the PPS will either smell like a splash of fine expensive French fragrance THAT everyone wants........or wafts of pungent air from New York's waste piled high on the outskirts of China on a hot and humid day.

I'd say that's a binary measure of PPS air quality.
