Yes - I am 99% certain that the delay is caused by the dispute with the tax office. GIFA is making an appeal. Once the shares of GIFA Holding are transferred to GIFA Inc., then it is off to the races again.

Without the share transfer, we are stuck in the mud.

That’s the article I saw this morning that mentions the tax office will respond in a short period of days.

Not too much longer for those of us who have been here from Oct. I think we will see the tax/share swap resolved soon imo
