How so? IMO, not really. May shut down new acquisition which I think would benefit SOUM's forward progress (if there really is a chance). Besides, R/S confirmed by brokers. Seems to me that would have had to have SEC/Fin approval prior to their release.
Dead space is confusing though. May have something to do with the requirement now that these companies have more 'in the bank' prior to ANY use of the A/S (new share issuance) post split pps. Non-new share $$ may be hard for SOUM to come up with to fulfill this requirement?
Only guessing. Still believe the new acquisition along with a post R/S pps to occur. Hope SOUM can pull it off and SUPPORT the new pps with some real positive actions....and NO new issue!
