I can’t understand how anyone can read this and not see how much bullshit Tom and Dennis are spewing. Not even a single penny has been generated from this agreement...and yet they were pumping over a billion dollars in deals. SMH

I’ve heard theories about how the money is in the JV... But if that’s the case, it would suggest that they’re hiding money from shareholders and Tom is still taking out toxic loans and destroying the share structure while knowing there’s profits that could be used instead. That’s highly unlikely and also very illegal.

So either way, it’s obvious that the deception is real. And it’s sad. IMO
