I'm guessing when they look at their Portfolio page @ ETRADE, they see .01, but that's because it only carries it 2 decimal places not 4.

It's just certain brokers. I use Vanguard and they don't show anything under .01 for their true value until you click directly on the stock to do check charts and stuff.
