There's no reason. They just trying to hype. I see people like these every year coming when the stock get hype with fake news and goes up a point. This stock will never go beyond .001. My reason is that 99% of this company PR News is fake and i have proven that so many times and no one barely listen. The only time when they will listen is when they starting to doubt the legitimacy of this company when they realize nothing really happen besides fake news.
