Yeah ever since they missed the 10Q and delay of 10K that notice was placed. Seen it for almost two weeks now. I would strongly suggest IMO it's nothing to worry about at the moment considering they mentioned the issue in their previous PR.

Time will tell, but have to give them some credit for now due to the the fact that they were trying to close the Jamestown deal.

I'm glad the 10-Q was late because that shows that the company want to include stronger earning.. even of it a 30% increase from the last quarter.. it's a sign of progress..

Standard status for any OTC that files late. many solid good companies like RNVA with similar late status this Q - mainly due to maintaining a fully audited status. Events like M&A where delayed material information required to complete the Q are holding things up.

One would feel like they are 'bag holding' if they have not done their homework.
