So now you are saying Devon didn't say anything about IHSI having a choice to make regarding the TCA lawsuit? I mean, if there's been an offer put on the table and a decision for IHSI to make, then isn't it fair to say, a settlement is potentially "in the works" and close at hand?
Just trying to clarify and understand what the h*ll is going on here. You seem to be the only source of information, within a reasonable doubt of certainty, these last few months...
It's okay, if you're sworn to secrecy, just say, "I don't understand the question." I am just sick and tired of this dragging out forever and no effort put forth by management into raising the SP. That includes, tackling the dilution problem (an uphill battle vs. the sp), no communications (4 months and counting) and EVERYTHING frozen solid at the expense of this lawsuit. The BS, which management has PR'd they were tackling ALL these topics 6-8+ months ago, has gone on LONG enough...
Not a reflection on you, just expressing my (3 year wait) and current sentiment toward management...
