Not everyone has that option (aandt and RD to mention two) and several of us bought more agressively than we normally would have (me and Black to mention two other) based on the imminent TRW-dividend last summer - something we now know never were going to happen, and something that Solomon kept hidden... (please show me how it is not a material event that a dividend of 100% of the current PPS is delayed)

Yes, I do not appreciate being lied at - and I believe that I am very close to being able to prove that they knew that what they said in CC Q1/17 wasn't true (at the very least they should have known, and also they did not disclose it when they knew). However, my main issue is the heavy dilution at fractions of book.
