Yea this should be stickied because it’s 100% accurate. While they have until July I highly doubt this takes more than a couple weeks for reasons you’ve mentioned.

I’m glad this post is stickied. I checked in for a while yesterday and this morning to see what’s up with $CMGO’s huge lawsuit that has now reached the settlement stage. Also wondering about rule 68? https://www.barley.com/us-supreme-court-rules-that-unaccepted-settlement-offers-and-offers-of-judgment-cant-end-consumer-class-action-lawsuits
In a nutshell any offers to settle outside courtroom can’t be used by plaintiffs to say “ok, we have $10,000,000.00 offer (for example) let’s go to trial because we can’t get less” NOT TRUE is my understanding! They can get less. Even nothing !!
Also our CEO has a lot of moxie! Not going to cave for peanuts. “Onced punched another trader in the nose ;-)
I like that.
I’d be really curious to know just how much $$$ he’s rejected so far..
it would be naive to think many many $millions have been turned down to get this far and where we are at now is probably closer than 90% of lawsuits even get. ESPECIALLY with defendants risking jail time and I agree 100% with SupBro22xxoxo’s very first and still ONLY iHub post

Yup, I think this is trading as though.. there will be an announcement on July 30th revealing what the settlement amount is.. It won’t happen that way. The only reason it’s gone on as long as it has is because they must be close enough to an agreement that both sides feel its worth attorney’s fee’s to continue even negotiate rather than go to court. If they were hopelessly deadlocked and too far apart, they’d just tell the Judge and head to court... wouldn’t be surprised to see a settlement in the next few trading days.. Only 7 1/22 has trading days before July 16th.. if we even get that close...
