Did Everett inherit the problems at the other company or was he brought in to fix them..and didn't. Just trying to get an idea of what happened.

Things happen in business. Not everything works out the way we want. Are you saying its a standard thing or it just didnt work out in that instance?

Looking at the history of the CEO and the company I would be extremely cautious about any deal even remotely related to WNBD. Sales down some 75% of it's own products over the last 6 years and Joint ventures that end almost as quickly as they begin. It's a one employee company with no sales team.
