Why very good news on May 30, 2018 pushed NSPR down to the lower new bottom (not confirmed yet, we might see $1.15, or $1.14, or $1.13, or even $1.08 again in the coming week) $1.16 from the higher new high $1.64 while NSPR could hold Four cents higher bottom support at $1.20 when it declined from the previous lower new high $1.54 without any good news at all?
