In addition, Thang is Chairman. And two other Vietnamese officers are listed as directors. But not Frankie. They haven't gotten the OTC website straightened out on the directorships, yet.
Attention to details never was Frankie's strong suit.
So, how many Preferred A shares do you suppose were given out to Thang and his gang? We won't know for sure until/unless the promised and much waited for 10-K comes out.
