Having no change in the O/S since MARCH LITERALLY MEANS NO DILUTION. What part of no dilution do you not understand when it was just UPDATED YESTERDAY with the SAME SHARE STRUCTURE
There is certainly No dilution now and there hasn’t been any for months.
Sure, notes were converted to shares in the past but that was long ago (prior to March 31st). That’s a lifetime ago as far as I’m concerned. I just bought into this stock this a couple of days ago.
Dilution causes the OS to increase. The OS has not increased in months. The OS is the same today as it was on March 31st per the latest update by the TA on the OTC site. FACT!
There are no convertible notes per the latest filings. Fact!
There is currently no dilution. Fact!
There was nothing ridiculous or deceitful in my post. Fact!
