In reply to your questions concerning the filing status of the company's quarterly. Our accounting team is working diligently on the matter and we are hopeful we will file them within the next few weeks.

I have not yet been informed as to the new CPA firm. Once this information becomes available, we will file SEC Form 8-K releasing the information to the public.
