30 days for what? If your talking about the QB tier your incorrect as after they drop below .01 for 30 consecutive days they get 180 day grace period to get it over .01 and hold for 10 consecutive days before losing QB tier.

Clearly stated on the otcmarkets site.

But this news should negate that altogether as they have just added an asset.
