Very nice area! I'm jealous.
I visit the MotoGP race in Valencia every November.
Last time we had a house in Chiva. If you do not know it
"La Orza de Angel" http://www.laorza.com/es/ is my favorite restaurant.
I can also imagine buying a house there someday,
but Niocorp should add some value :-)
