Wow!!! I can’t believe they are going to take it to trial !!!! I hope they all get life for what they have done here!! And everyone should be digging up everything on them and put them under a microscope!!! Put them all right in the spot light! Right where they don’t want to be !! I hope Glenn gets more then they ask for !! And everyone of those dirt bags goes to jail !! IMO thanks MV for update hope they don’t try to drag this out !!!..

I told everybody trial time Hahahahaha lawsuit plays always end this way unless the settlement is in favor of the plaintiff. ..This will go on for years...

Very unprofessional of Glenn...VERY unprofessional. He should have said what you are saying (IF he really said it to you) in an 8K...as an update to the shareholders. He does realize that he has shareholders and he has a fiduciary duty to them? What the hell's wrong with him? Very unprofessional.

Meanwhile, I picked up some more "bargain shares"...but I won't forget this by Glenn. He's NOT to be trusted. Not CEO material.

GOOD UPDATE!:

I spoke with Glenn earlier. Both he and Barbara got back late last night from the settlement hearing which lasted about 3 hours. Given the nature of the case and the sensitivity of what transpired during the settlement Glenn could only convey so much to me but what he was able to say is that the settlement discussions are still ongoing with the plaintiffs being very far apart on agreeing to what the defendants were offering. In the mean time CMG's attorneys will continue to prepare to go to trial. Glenn also mentioned that he will be making efforts to bring CMG current in the coming weeks.
