Needs a 15 break on volume to have a chance to retest 003s. Lots of activity from 0007-0012, nice channels, but hasn't been able to do anything more. Not sure what spurred that run to 003s in May 2017. Looks like just greater volume, no evidence of any news then either. If this ever completed an R/M, we'd be much higher IMO with the excellent S/S.
