I do see you are the self proclaimed guru of all gurus on here. A board for a 15 cent entity with out financials. Think you may have posted once financials were not "Jimmy's" top concern right now as he was focused on growing the business. That cracked me up.
You have been wrong on this from day one. Find it funny some on here say they would miss you when you "sold". So sad. I for one was happy you were going away. But apparently you enjoy the "guru" role on this board.
Im pretty sure I can stand toe to toe with you J on any topic involving public entity reporting. Only 30 yrs working with publicly traded companies of all sizes so I am sure I have some things yet to learn - but I doubt anything new would come from you.
The most common reason to leave an accounting firm in the public (publicly traded) sector is there is a disagreement on how conservative the standards are that are being applied to a given situation. Just how it is.
