I figured .10 based on the Jamestown acquisition with the current 500 million available shares. I will relay the message to my team however if im not mistaken if the vote still doesn’t pass, then you have to wait 4 months to ask again correct? Does that mean Jamestown needs to be delayed until this passes?

Question and I'm not sure if you can answer or not.

One of the biggest concerns right now is the share price, by all means this should be trading at a minimum of .10 and with a 3 billion share increase obviously dilution is a major concern. Does it have to be so drastic of an increase, to me 500 million increase (1 billion total) wouldn’t scare people as much.
