It could be Duff or a group he is a part of that have a huge volume to play with hence why I'm waiting to see how right he is about 0.006.

Shareholders of record can be tricky because I believe each brokerage only counts as 1 shareholder so while there are probably a lot of us at E*TRADE or TD or Fidelity it only counts as 3 between them all at least to my knowledge
