I have been in this since early 2015 and know the details very well. WSTI died because of improper funding and ImpactPPA is what Bates did to remedy that. All other funding means failed. I spoke with him a few years ago to see if I could get funding sources that I had at the time to help but the toxic debt had already poisoned that. Dan's solution came along with the rise of blockchain which fits perfectly with the project funding needs for communmities which Windstream can serve as a supplier.

ImpactPPA is so very much bigger than Windstream. ImpactPPA can be a huge investment bank for projects. Windstream (WSTI) is just one of many suppliers for those. There can be many partnerships for ImpactPPA.

Im going to mark this post because many people have come in here trying to say ImpactPPA has nothing to do with WSTI, HAHAHA!!! Yeah right....its all right there in big bold writing!!!! Unbelievable!!!
