Most likely those minutes go through a clerk to prepare the order for the justices signature.... this looks as it indeed go late into the night... I would be suspect once the completed order is signed it will be PDF'd simultaneously as it is announced...
Federal systems expedite these process orders than most 3-5day state systems... So this is fair speed... we might get something by 1300, EST... that a guestimate folks... Don't jump on me if earlier or later.
