The docket was updated multiple times during / after the conference. It most likely needs to be redacted and or reviewed by the clerk before it’s publicly posted on the pacer docs.
Not all forms on that site can be viewed. There are a few on there that don't have a PDF or a way to download them. I believe the site can only post visuals for information that is open to the public otherwise they are just posting updates to keep you up to date on what is going on. We may very well not see the minutes considering they may not want the details of the conference released right now. But we at least know everything went as scheduled.
