When I received PURA shares it was receiving 1 for every 200 USMJ Iowned. Not sure what the ratio will be this time around.

3 shares. But they will be diluted into the ground during the 1 year plus restricted period, knowing the USMJ business model of dilution.

Accredited investors may be able to dump ahead of regular ones in 6 months?

When they reverse split, they will claim it is in the best interest of shareholders, IMO.....LOL
