so, NY mini vest shareholders can actually buy HMPQ stock for half a penny, and then sell for a huge triple digit profit every day if say, HMPQ is up a few percent from this level of 1 & a 3rd pennies? I don't understand how the mini vest thing works I mean, they can buy shares daily at a price level of half a penny right, and the current price is a penny and a half so, 200% gain everyday share sell dump scheme?
