UGHHH - if they are still working on it don't serve a half backed ham. Bigger picture isn't the bugs or the testing being performed by programmers, it is the layout, content, messages, lack of narrative, lack of details - ie pictures/bios of senior management, etc They need to think in terms of attention, interest, comprehension, conviction and action - unfortunately they fail on all levels with the current form. Designers need to be working on the site overhauling it, not programmers. Double ughhh. And in the meantime, take the site down, it is embarrassing. My opinions as always.
