It was all a misunderstanding, based on a typo in Mad J.'s shareholder letter - he meant May 32nd.

The document package from Prince Jones Dimka was also delayed due to DHL International courier problems in Nigeria - a strike, you know... rumor has it they were insulted when the Prince tried to pay them with warrants on MMEX shares.
