I'm not so sure. There was a 3.6M block of FMCKJ also traded at $6.20. Both of those were about 2% below trades just before and after, and were below the current bid and ask.

All we know right now is that there was both a buyer and seller at that price.

FMCKI had a 110,000 share block trade 2% above previous trades ($5.10 vs $5.00), but that volume doesn't grab attention as much.
