With out a doubt I know its coming I can see the value of Cielo Mar property well over 200 million with just the first execution phase plan which could be any day now.
I think there is a fair element of the market reflecting some of the risks involved here, such as the following - not that I agree but it is one reason why the price hasn't reflected the good news iMHO
entering the summer storm season - I know this area is historically not hit - but weird things are happening with climate/weather.
Trump may stop all imports of food from Mexico until they pay for the wall or impose huge tariffs to pay for it!
Cielo Mar may not get all necessary Government permits or other issues once initial construction/boring etc starts
