These are pink sheets. There has to be a buyer and a seller to move shares. Whether it's from one MM to another or an MM to an investor/trader it still creates volume. Just a company creating new shares doesn't create volume. Those shares would have to be bought first. And as far as having a sell in forever I get it. Some of these pinkies take forever to dump. But you know what wont help you dump them? Screaming dilution
