I really get a kick out of this kind of post...Xcelplus INternational is being diluted out of existence...now Global is hitting the skids and we get...well at $1.01 I'm still ahead of the game.

What about those investors that didn't get the divies and bought XLPI? Screw them????

What about management "flushing" XLPI for the sake of keeping the lights on or whatever other problematic reason?

If Billy has all this money in his other companies, why isn't he keeping this company alfoat, afterall his is [or was] the biggest individual stockholder in the company?...why do those investors that believed in the dream and "loaned" him "their" money have to do it?

"Even at 1.01 my spinoff shares of Global Holdings are worth more than my overall loss in XLPI"...get real!

Your Global holdings are worth $1.01 only if you can actually sell them at that price.
