What you're implying is that OWCP will never be able to release their product(s) to third parties for licensing because in Israel there is rampant unethical conduct with people stealing IP and challenging patents. If such is the case ALL BUSINESS in many sectors would cease. No one would own anything because their IP would simply be stolen. I DON'T BUY IT. IMO all this company needs to do is COMPLETE A SAFETY STUDY to get the ball rolling. NOTHING ELSE!
