This is no scam, this is an opportunity to make money.
At this point how would anyone know?
Has she made a MONSTER MOVE? Sure, but what is the real value of the company? The company isn't disclosing.
Scams can be folks saying they know fees were paid in TX, but that has been proven FALSE.
The only info on share structure is a company link and we got folks saying it is not correct. How would they know? If they did know, because of Rule 10b they couldn't trade on that info.
A CEO telling shareholders FINS are complete and will BE filed in the coming weeks, but fails to do so is called what?
No one is disputing they have product. It may taste great. But this ticker may be trading at 1000's X's earnings. That is based on the 17K production run that apparently is still being sold. That might net $1MM, but we have a market cap that could be $1B.
But there's no scam here?

I would call baseless HYPE a scam, especially when a the company has a known LIAR for a CEO.
But hey, it's been a great run. At some point the BUBBLE is going to burst.
