Hey, did Tony gain $27MM on paper yesterday? Maybe, just maybe. I guess we'll know when the FINS hit.

Now we do know from the company link below that there were nearly 22B OS a year ago, but they have since announced a share cancellation. We'll go ahead an subtract Bob's 3B shares which gives us the 18.7B figure to start figuring out the value of this gem.

18,744,625,928 OS + 7,252,034,400 (Tony's conversion of 75 preferred???) = 25,966,660,328 OS x .0367 (yesterday's close) = $958,966,328 market cap.

Tony stated a year ago he needed room to increase the OS count. How many more shares were issued since last year? Why oh why did Tony need ALL 50B AS?

The A/S need to stay at 50billion for the time being. It is the only way with my preferred shares that I can operate the business and make decisions. I have 75 shares junior preferred stock that votes at .75% of all outstanding common and convertible preferred per share for 52.5% voting control.

Here's is the TX filing which show Tony can convert the each of the 75 preferred shares into 96MM common shares, which would give him over 7.2B common shares which as of yesterday's close are worth on paper

Now does anyone really think the 408,000 bottles produced last December and still on shelves selling at $2.5 ($1,020,000) a pop make this OTC trash worth $958MM? It's gotta be worth more, right?
