The source was Mick Davis. Like it or not he is the one who publish the pdf. He is the one who will have to answer to any libel suit.

I know for a fact the information he posted about me is not on the internet anywhere. That came straight from Mick Davis.

But just for the sake of argument. Even if Mick could not be sued for libel. What legit CEO pulls a stunt like that?
