rationale words. I think this lawsuit directed at Terry has TMPS unable to make any moves until it gets figured out.
Also, per your note about until mgmt shows signs of not being committed, you're a buyer...me too, however, this lawsuit has been on the radar for some time (2+ years?) and in every annual or quarterly filing TMPS has made they have dismissed it as being immaterial. That tells me Mgmt didn't have a handle on the potential of this thing.
I hope what is going on (and you've alluded to this in prior posts) is that TMPS is fully aware of their financial condition and are working behind the scenes to get it figured out (merger/acquisition). TMPS has been radio silent for so long now, who the heck knows...why no contracts? Very concerning.

If you haven't noticed, they (Scott Terry, Johan Eliasch, Johan Askel Bergendorff, Johan Claasen) are in the process of turning TMPS around.

Been here for over a year and I haven't seen anything that would convince me of a turnaround. Unless you're talking about the price of the stock. Then, yes, major turnaround. And, wondering who we can sucker into taking these guys off of our hands. We will call them turnaround experts and ask for a lofty price. Then, take their first offer. And, heap much admirations upon them for driving such a hard bargain. Who's game?
