Ok that’s fair, supposedly We are talking about the right Remo here, What does that has to do with ADHC? Absolutely nothing. See a chapter 7 means he’s got no assets. Which leads me to believe that he already sold ADHC and cashed out. ADHC is a new company now. It’s BRAZOS, just a matter of time before they announce the deal completion and Remo won’t be in the picture anymore.
