12 years "running' WRFX (whatever that means) and 6 years on the OTC..

What it adds up to be is a MASSIVE FAIL for Little Boi Brad, the Brat, Listerman.... no matter how it is viewed.

6+6 = FAIL

Well, it doesn't make much difference. Listermann's been running Worldflix since late 2006. He began raising money officially in 2008; my guess would be that he intended to go public once he closed the offering.

But very likely the economic crisis of 2008, which only deepened in 2009, changed his plans. People were less willing to throw money at startups. And so his OTC debut was delayed.
