Wait, you don’t see how it can be a scam because they’re pink current? There’re hundreds of OTC scams which keep their disclosures current. Unfortunately traders are often unaware that none of the data in these disclosures is vetted by OTCM for accuracy. They’re not an SEC Registrant, they don’t file. They merely pay to play by submitting disclosures.
