we have a company making 1-2-3 dollars per share

No we have not. Net income for Q1 was 5.1MUSD which with the current OS is 13 cents/share, i.e 53 cents/share FY2018 as a rough esimate.

We can discuss what the correct OS to use is since the 38.5M OS includes collateral and excludes ECABs 5.2M, but we are far from 1-2-3 dollars pr share in EPS.

As soon as TRW gets external financing it would be wise to revisit an expected EPS, but we do not have 1-2-3 in EPS as of today.

However, if you disregard the risk-side it is obvious that buying a stock with an EPS of say 53 cents and a dividend of 10 cents (5 cents for the 7 months between the Q1-report and end of year, and minimum 10 cents for 2018) at 40 cents is an investment of a lifetime.

It is time for potential shareholders to look at the risk/reward - the reward part is obviously very high, so the question is whether the risk-side keeps the equation at an attractive level.
