the average investor cannot short a penny stock..

and anyone who could would need to tie up such a very large amount of cash that it really wouldn't make any sense to do it..

and if you look at those sites that try to tell you that large amounts of shares are being shorted, it only takes a minimum amount of common sense to see that those numbers make no sense..

not everything needs to be proved "beyond a shadow of a doubt"...


reasonable is good enough..
