Pink sheet non reporting companies are basically unregulated. I doubt they have any fiduciary duties. Since they are not reporting, they can't be accused of lying. lol

suissac I have a email to me from Sugarmade dated April 3 in which they stated that they expect to file in "a couple weeks ".
What is your legal opinion regarding that?
