What's being 15 months late with NEO dosing?

Thought AMGN was all over this? Damn delay was never explained. HUGE hit to shareholder value, supposedly because AMGN was "excited" about NEO...so where is the benefit to ADXS shareholders, where is the acceleration of payments? INstead we had deceleration.

I think Neo delay due to FDA hold, they don't want to start before FDA lift hold. IMO
