anyone using "the Chinese web" instead of on ground experience simply proves their inability to conduct proper research. no payroll, no corporate bank accounts, no sub-audits, use of IFRS accounting which allows reporting of unverified CJV revenue that SIAF doesn't control anyway and has no legal claim to - to include no claim on the underlying assets or cash flow. never mind...... the next 90% down in price and the same people will call it a "value rally" while they bake the rest of the board and while the "institutional investors" convert and sell more promissory notes or make whole loans with TOXIC components that guaranty the common shareholder gets roasted. winning by a different measure, that's for sure.
