Kbaz, you say OWCP just got a cash infusion, but, there is no mention anywhere about the S-1 filing needed, whether it has been granted by the SEC or anything else regarding the so called 5 mill at all. Please enlighten us if you no for a fact that OWCP has gotten that money and can use it
