I'm ecstatic they moved to the NYSE prior to Canadian legalization...the TSX is 1 of the toughest/strictest and most heavily regulated exchanges on the planet so if they're gonna be dual listed in the USA they definitely needed to move up to a far more reputable US exchange than the OTC

Your points are valid, however SEC filings will give us better transparency. Also, some institutional investors can/will only invest in stocks that meet certain criteria, like NYSE and NASDAQ listings. Not to mention the free publicity and increased analyst coverage that is bound to come.

I think it was a smart move. I'm not worried about the shorts.
