Failure is a choice. Sell all your shares trying to lock in a little gain and the company gets a takeover bid tomorrow........your choice, your loss, no sympathy from me. I will take delight in myself, not anyone else’s failure and not give a second thought to the moron who sold everything the day before. This will happen to someone too and they’ll be pissed at everything except the person in the mirror. We all know these people and I avoid them at all cost.....GLTA!

I agree with TDD, if folks depress the share price for their own gain by trading the stock when the majority of us held our shares and experienced a paper loss because of their trading, when financing news arrives, they deserve to pay a premium to get back in.
